What's in it and why:

Flower Hydrolates (Waters)
Rose and Neroli - hydrolates are produced during the steam distillation of the flowers to obtain the essential oil. They are the water 'by product' so contain all the water soluble goodness from the flowers. Rose and Neroli hydrolates are extremely soothing, calming and moisturising on the skin. Also mildly astringent they are good toners.

Plant OIls
Rice bran - nourishing and soothing, reduces dark circles over time.
Watermelon - very moisturising and rich in omega oils, yet light and quickly absorbed. 
Pomegranate - rich in punicic and ellagic acids so excellent antioxidant properties to help combat fine lines. Nourishes and rejuvenates skin giving it a natural glow.
Arnica - Well known for it's soothing properties. Can help reduce puffiness around eyes.

Plant extracts and actives
Eyebright - the classic herb for brightening the eye area. It's soothing and mildly astringent.
Cucumber - another classic for the eyes. Soothes, refreshes, and revitalises tired skin.
Aloe vera - the ultimate for soothing and calming delicate skin.
Millet seed (Liftonin) - tightens skin so improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Revitalises and brightens tired skin.
Allantoin - from the Comfrey plant root. Very soothing and moisturising.
Neroli - pure essential oil. Soothing, calming, and a beautiful aroma.

Misc
Cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate - emulsifer to hold the oils and water together in a cream. It is derived from olive oil and is silky on the skin and hydrating. It is Ecocert certified for use in natural and organic cosmetics.
Preservative – Has to be included, otherwise the product would go mouldy in days. The one used in this cream is Ecocert certified for use in natural and organic cosmetics.
