How do I place an order?

All available products can be ordered and paid for securely in the online shop. You can also order by telephone or email if you prefer. Payment methods will be given when you order. If you are looking for personal (unique to you) products please contact me to discuss. Products can also be purchased direct from me at various markets where I have a secure card payment portal. See the 'find me' page for whereabouts. I do not carry all stock to fairs so if you are coming for something in particular please email me a few days before to ensure I have it with me.

 

Secure ordering, Payment OPTIONS & Shipping


All online payments on this website are taken securely via Paypal or Credit/Debit card processed by Wix. 

Shipping within the UK is charged at a flat rate of £3.00 per order, regardless of weight or size. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail
either first class or 48 hr tracked. Orders over £35 are shipped free of charge.
There is also an option for free local pick up.
Orders from outside the UK please email first for cost and arrangements.

I aim to process and send orders within 2-3 working days of receipt but if you require your order urgently please contact me as I can usually accommodate such requests and strive to offer a personal, efficient service. 

If you are ordering over the telephone or by email, payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, Paypal transfer or a payment link via Izettle. Goods will be shipped once payment is received. I do not have the facility to take card payments over the phone.

Your contact details will only ever be used by me in relation to your purchase. If you would like to receive news/updates/offers please subscribe to the mailing list. 



Terms, Returns & Refunds


Terms and Conditions are applicable to all order methods.


Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are buying as a consumer you have the right to cancel your order. This right starts when you make your order and ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods.

You can exercise your right to cancel by sending your notice of intention to cancel by post or email to M.Sutherland, 2 Fosseway Crescent, Shipston On Stour, CV36 4NX or cotswoldcaress@gmail.com. If you cancel and the goods have not been dispatched your refund will be issued in full via your payment method within 7 working days. If you cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the goods to M.Sutherland. You must ensure you take reasonable care of the goods. On receipt of the undamaged, unused goods, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days via your payment method. You will be notified by email to advise the goods have been received and a refund issued. If goods are returned damaged or used a full refund will not be issued. You will be contacted within 7 working days to discuss the matter and reach a resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods.
 

If your order should arrive damaged or is incorrect, please contact me within 3 working days of receipt and I will happily refund or replace. For orders that arrive damaged photographic evidence may be required so a claim can be made to the carrier.
